Susan Temple Coaching and EFT at The Healing House of St. Paul
Welcome! Susan uses Coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, also called Tapping) to support you in getting from where you are now, to where you want to be in your life. Together, we explore the what, where, when, why and how of your heart's desires, and we use EFT to release thoughts, beliefs and feelings that get in your way.
EFT is a gentle mind/body practice to calm your nervous system. You will learn to tap gently on energy points on your body, while focusing on something that bothers you. This generally has the effect of softening, or completely clearing the thing that bothers you. It is easy to learn, and once you know how to do it, you have a tool for calming yourself and clearing painful feelings, right at your fingertips!
EFT is helpful for stress, fears, painful memories, physical concerns and more.
